Southport State High School in Queensland has been (unofficially) using the RTP for some years. They reported in 2000 that since using RTP teachers felt less stressed, teacher absences decreased, behaviour incidents became less confrontational and the school had a much more positive and calm atmosphere. The school's website says RTP is still currently is use today which is testament to its beneficial results.
We are a group of Pre Service Teachers at Edith Cowan University who have been researching Ed Ford's Responsible Thinking Process with the view to using it in the classroom. I found the website useful especially the students plan for the responsible thinking classroom. I could print out easily to put it in good use!
